AIKEN, SC - The Cape Fear Community College men's basketball team earned their second straight win on the road today as they defeated Aiken Technical College 52-48. The Sea Devils kept it close for most of the game, trailing by just of few points for part of the first half. By the second half, the men gained enough momentum needed to take the lead and the win. This victory keeps CFCC in second place in Region 10 in the NJCAA conference.
Faronte Drakeford led the way for CFCC with 13 points. Anthony Williams poured in his second straight double double with 11 points and 11 rebounds.

The Sea Devils are now 5-2 in the NJCAA and 17-7 overall. With nearly a week to recover and prepare before their next game, the Sea Devils will return to South Carolina next week for a rematch against nationally-ranked Spartanburg Methodist on Feb. 15.
