Denmark, SC - Three different Sea Devils scored in double-digits Monday night as the Cape Fear Community College men's basketball team bounced back from a weekend loss with a 79-74 win against Denmark Tech.
"We gritted out a good conference road win tonight," said CFCC Coach Ryan Mantlo. "This was one we could have easily let slip away and I'm proud of how we responded in the second half."
Osandai Vaughn led the way with 22 points, while Demarcus Sanford chipped in with 17 for the Sea Devils, who moved to 3-2 in Region X play and 13-11 overall. Anthony Vanhook also recorded a double-double with 12 points 11 rebounds in the win.
Cape Fear returns to the floor Friday, Feb. 14 at home against Clinton Junior College as the Sea Devils look to avenge Saturday's 87-86 setback to Clinton.
