Bolivia, NC - The Cape Fear Community College men's basketball team finished a perfect week and grabbed a 74-57 win over Harford Community College to close its three-day tournament at the Brunswick Holiday Classic.
The Sea Devils were led in scoring for the fourth straight game by Michael Chambers who finished with a game high 18 points. Calvin Davis, Alonzo Tyson and Tyrek Coger rounded out the double digit scoring with 14, 12, and 11 points respectively.
"It feels great to head into the break knowing you have really improved over the past month," said Ryan Mantlo. "We really challenged ourselves with a tough schedule and think we are reaping some of the results from that now."
Heading into the Christmas break, Cape Fear moved to 12-5 overall and get the next few weeks off before returning to the floor on Jan. 9.
