The National Junior College Athletic Association released its latest Division I Top 25 poll on Tuesday and the Cape Fear Community College men's basketball team moved to #14, up from last weeks rankings (#16).
No doubt CFCC's win against USC Salkehatchie played a role in the latest rankings. Cape Fear men's basketball continued their winning streak Saturday in a thrilling conference game defeating USC Salkehatchie 92-90. The win is the 13th in a row for the Sea Devils.
Donte Tatum led three Sea Devils in double figures dropping in at 23. Quate McKinzie added 22 points and JJ Miles finished with 19.
The Sea Devils improve to 19-2 overall.
They are back in action Wednesday, February 6th at home against Clinton College. Tip off is set for 6:00 p.m. at Williston Middle School.
