Smithfield, NC - Men's basketball defeats Johnston Community College 108-70!
After a long holiday break, the Sea Devils looked to be in great form as they had a very impressive win! We saw three Sea Devils in double figures this game: Torey James had 26 points, TJ NeSmith had 19 points, and Dakari Johnson score 16 points!
Coach Mark Lane says "Good win coming off the Christmas break, extended the winning streak to 6, it was a total team effort. Need to continue the hard work going into conference play".
They are now 10-5 on the season and 0-1 in conference play.
Their next game is scheduled for Saturday, January 11th as they take on Central Carolina Community College. Tip-off is set for 3:00 p.m. in the Schwartz Center.
