WILMINGTON, NC - The Sea Devil Men's Soccer program returns to the pitch on Saturday afternoon on the road versus Louisburg College. Cape Fear fell earlier this season at home to Louisburg College (6-1) with their lone goal scored by freshman David Graham. The Sea Devils are looking to bounce back after they suffered a defeat (1-8) earlier this week against Region 10 Conference opponent Patrick Henry Community College on the road.
Kick-off for today's game is scheduled for 2:00pm (EST) from Louisburg College.
LAST TIME OUT
The Sea Devils traveled to Martinsville, Virginia, Wednesday afternoon to take on Region 10 opponent, Patrick Henry Community College in their seventh game of the 2016-2017 season. Cape Fear would fall to the Patriots by a score of (1-8) with the Sea Devils' lone goal scored by freshman Alfredo Martinez. "Poor performance on our behalf, [I'm] hoping our guys buckle down and bounce back from this quickly." said head coach C.W. Ponton after the game. With the loss, the Sea Devils dropped to (2-5) in Region 10 Conference play.
