WILMINGTON, NC --- The Sea Devil Men's Soccer program returns to the pitch on Saturday afternoon in their regular season finale versus Region 10 Conference opponent, Spartanburg Methodist. The Sea Devils fell to the Pioneers earlier this season at home (4-3) on Sunday, October 16, 2016.

"They are a skilled team who's been rather successful this season," said Sea Devil Men's Soccer head coach C.W. Ponton prior to Saturday's game versus Spartanburg Methodist.

The Pioneers of Spartanburg Methodist College enters the match with a (12-4) overall record, and (11-2) in Region 10 Conference; they are (3-3) in their last six matches played in the month of October. Spartanburg Methodist is (5-3) in home matches this season, with their biggest victory coming in a (8-1) result versus Wake Tech Community College on September 3, 2016.

The Pioneers are led by a trio of offensive players, who have combined to score 25 out of the team's 51 goals scored this season.

Freshman striker Kevin Harris, has appeared in 12 games (12 starts), has tailed 12 goal scored, including two game-winning goals, with 4 assists, for 26 Total Points this season.
