CFCC Women's Basketball Players Sign National Letters of Intent

Wilmington, NC - A pair of Cape Fear Community College women's basketball players signed their National Letters of Intent on Thursday to signify commitments to four-year schools and to compete on the hard court. 

Alexius Hampton, who started 29 games and averaged 9.3 points, signed with Belmont Abbey College, while Victoria "Tori" Florence, who averaged 9.7 points per game to help the Sea Devils finish 26-6 and reach the Region 10 title game for the first time in school history, signed at Armstrong State in Savannah, Ga. 

Earlier this year, two other standout CFCC players, Eboni Gilliam (LongwoodUniversity) and Kristina Rumplasch (Wingate University), signed in early November, which encapsulated the talent of the 2014-15 Sea Devil women's basketball program.
