Women's Basketball Falls to Bryant & Stratton

Norfolk, VA - Cape Fear women's basketball lost a close game to Bryant & Stratton College on Wednesday, 75-69.

Three players scored in double figures for the Sea Devils, including Ny Langley with 18 points, Tracey Kemp with 17, and Dynasty Heyward with 15.

The loss snaps a four game winning streak for the Lady Sea Devils. After the game head coach Lori Drake stated the importance of remaining ready for each game because every team is looking to put in their best performance against them.

"Day in and day out teams are coming for us, and tonight they got us," said Coach Drake."We must now bounce back and prepare for a very good GTCC."

Cape Fear drops to 5-2 on the season and 4-1 in conference play.

Their next game is schedule for Saturday, December 1st, against Guilford Tech Community College. It will be the first of two straight home games. Saturday's game against Guilford Tech is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. and will be played at New Hanover High School.
