Wilmington, NC - Cape Fear women's basketball defeated Fayetteville Tech Community College, 93-61, on Wednesday.
Autum Morings and Tracey Kemp each finished with 20 points, while Ayonna Cotten scored 15. Carly Massey added 11.
"Tonight was a great win for us, especially coming off of our loss to CVCC," said head coach Lori Drake. "We really brought it tonight and I am very proud of our performance from start to finish. We have been competing more in practice and really pushing each other to be better come game time."
The Sea Devils improve to 11-3 overall and 8-2 in conference play.
Saturday, January 12th's, game against Patrick Henry has been cancelled. Their next scheduled game is Wednesday, January 16th, on the road against Denmark Technical College.
