Wilmington, NC - After winning four of five over the weekend on a trip to the western part of the state, the Sea Devils volleyball team cracked this week's NJCAA Division II Top-poll at No. 17.
Brittan Jefferson has led the Cape Fear lineup as the top attacker with 92 kills, while Kate Meagher and Lydia Smith have contributed on the front line with 62 kills apiece. Kayley Evans has a team high 165 digs and Megan Thomas is the leading passer with 146 assists.
No. 17 Cape Fear is off to a 9-1 start, with their only setback coming to No. 15 Catawba Valley CC on the recent road trip.
The Sea Devils play at Wake Teach in Raleigh on Wednesday.
