Wilmington, NC - Cape Fear volleyball defeated Bryant & Stratton College (VA) 3-0 at home Thursday evening.
The Sea Devils looked to earn another win at home over Bryant & Stratton, who entered the match with a conference record of 0-3 and an overall record of 2-5. Cape Fear was able to win in three straight sets with scores of 25-21, 25-14, and 25-15.
"I love how hard the team continues to work and that no matter what players are on the court they play as a team. They aren't letting changes in the line up effect how they perform," said head coach Heather Emborsky.
Ceri'on Ellis Mosley led with 12 kills, while Angelica Biele had 13 assists, 5 aces, and 8 kills. Naomi Pegues also performed well finishing with 21 assists and 1 ace.
The win improves Cape Fear to 8-3 on the season and 4-1 in conference play. They play next on Tuesday, October 8th, where they will face Louisburg College on the road at 6:00 p.m.
