Dobson, NC - Cape Fear women's volleyball ended its season with a 3-0 loss to Catawba Valley Community College in the NJCAA Region 10 Division II Volleyball Tournament.
The Sea Devils lost the opening set 17-25. They closed the gap slightly in the second set, but still couldn't pull through and lost 22-25. The third set was equally tough but again the Sea Devils fell short losing 21-25, to bring the match and their season to an end.
The Lady Sea Devils performed well this season with several earning All Region accolades. Angelica Biele and Ceri'on Ellis Mosley earned First Team All Region and Callie Weaver and Naomi Pegues earned Second Team All Region. Also, two Sea Devils made All Tournament Team: Angelica Biele and Callie Weaver.
Cape Fear finishes the season with an overall record of 17-4 and a conference record of 10-1.
