Cheerleaders Participate in Wilmington's First Koman Race for the Cure

Wilmington, NC - On March 2, the inaugural Koman Race for the Cure was held in downtown Wilmington, and the CFCC cheerleading squad played a very important role at their post on the corner of Second and Princess streets, the final turn in the 5K race.  As participants passed, the girls congratulated, high fived, and encouraged them on to the finish line with smiles and excitement.  Runners were grateful for that final push to complete the race!  It was an amazing day to be a part of, and two of our cheerleaders participated in the race as well.  Way to go Sea Devils!
