Allecia Raynor joined the Sea Devils as Assistant Volleyball Coach in July 2022. Coach Raynor is also an active coach with East Coast Volleyball Academy here in Wilmington, NC alongside Sea Devils Volleyball Head Coach Colby Rosser. Raynor hails from Long Island, NY where she played volleyball at Bay Port Bluepoint High school before continuing her playing career at Southern Vermont College in Bennington, VT.
Raynor played volleyball for the SVC Mountaineers for one year before before joining the Marine corps in 2013, where she earned the ranking of Corporal as a Motor Transport Operator - operating tactical wheeled vehicles designed to transport military personnel, supplies, and equipment. While serving, she earned her degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph's College in New York.
Allecia now resides in Hampstead, NC on a small farm with her husband, 2 children, and 50 animals. Outside of coaching Volleyball, Coach Raynor enjoys riding horses, growing new things in her garden, and spending time outdoors.
