Wilmington, NC - Each year in October, the Cape Fear Community College Foundation & Sea Devil Athletics host a golf tournament to raise funds for student scholarships. This exceptional event is scheduled for Monday, October 27th, 2014 at Cape Fear Country Club.
Team sponsorships range from $1,000 to $5,000, with title, gold, and silver sponsorships available. Local businesses can also provide hole sponsorships, and to add an element of fun local boat and car dealerships provide a boat and automobile as a hole-in-one incentive. Food and beverage sponsorships are available.
This year we hope we can count on your support and participation to provide the vital resources needed for our students to be successful.

The average CFCC student is 25 years or older, and works at least one full or part-time job to be able to afford to attend college. Over two-thirds of our students apply for financial assistance. The majority are non-traditional students, who also have families to support during school. Scholarships are often a lifeline for our students, and our October golf tournament generally helps us raise about $30,000 in financial assistance.
