Men's Basketball Leaves Florida with 2 Big Wins

Lake Worth, FL - Cape Fear men's basketball won its second game in as many days, defeating Palm Beach State College 73-67.

JJ Miles led the team with 15 points, while Jalen Cameron scored 11. Quate McKinzie, added 9 points and 14 rebounds in the victory.

Like in Friday's win against Broward College, the Sea Devils found themselves down by double-digits in the first half, trailing by 16 at halftime. But once again, they forced a comeback and came away victorious.

"I can't be more proud of the resolve we showed this weekend," said head Coach Ryan Mantlo. "To be able to go play two high quality programs and come away 2-0 speaks volume of our teams toughness."

Cape Fear improves to 2-0 on the season. They play next on Friday, November 9th, where they will take on Lenoir Community College on the road at 6:00 p.m.
