Kinston, NC - With three players scoring in double figures, Cape Fear women's basketball defeated Lenoir Community College 89-35.
Ny Langley led the Sea Devils with 18 points, while Ayonna Cotten finished with 17. A'Terria Quick, meanwhile, added 15.
The win marks five in a row for Cape Fear, who continue to push for the top spot in the NJCAA Region 10 conference.
"Conference road wins are always huge at this time of the year," said head coach Lori Drake. "We must stay locked in and focused as we go into the weekend against Clinton."
Cape Fear improves to 15-3 overall and 10-2 in conference play.
The Sea Devils return home on Saturday, January 26th, to face off against Clinton College at 1:00 p.m. at Laney High School.
