Wilmington, NC - Cape Fear Community College extended its winning streak to six straight games as the Sea Devils used a big offensice effort in an 82-61 victory over Brunswick Community College on Play for Pink Night at the Schwartz Center on Friday night.
Led by Kristina Rumplasch and Monica Alexander, five players finished in double figures for Cape Fear, who improved to 15-3 in conference and 22-5 overall. Rumplasch and Alexander hit 14 points apiece, while Ashley Hicks closed with 13 points.
The Sea Devils have won 13 of their last 14 games and moved to 8-1 on thier home flooor heading into the final regular season game at the Schwartz Center against Spartanburg Methodist on Saturday, Feb. 21.
