Boliva, NC - Men's basketball defeats Walters State Community College 90-71!
The Sea Devils were able to get the ball rolling on the offensive side of the court as they outscored their opponent by 19 points. They saw three Sea Devils scoring in double figures. Talton Jones with 20 points, 7 assists, and 5 rebounds, while Dakari Johnson and Torey James both scored 24 points.
Coach Mark Lane says "Great win on the road, everyone stepped up. They stuck to the game plan. Very proud of our team, we need to carry that over into tomorrow's game".
They are now 7-5 on the season and 0-1 in conference play.
Their next game is scheduled for Saturday, December 14th as they take on Bryant and Stratton College. Tip-off is set for 5:00 p.m.
