CFCC Women's Soccer Player Kerinn Hall Signs With Southern University

Sophomore goalkeeper Kerinn Hall has signed with Division I Southern University. Hall will join Head coach Courtnie Prather and the Lady Jaguars in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to prepare to compete in the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) come August. Coach Prather, a former goalkeeper herself, is entering her second year as head coach.

"We are extremely excited to bring in an athletic and talented goalkeeper like Kerinn. Her addition to our goalkeeper core will certainly increase the competitiveness within the group and set the standard for future keepers to come", states Prather.

"The past two years at Cape Fear Community College have been great. I feel that it has prepared me for this next chapter in my life ahead", states Hall. The native of Jacksonville, North Carolina plans on majoring in History to become a high school History Teacher. "I am very excited to have this opportunity to play for coach Prather and attend Southern University," says Hall.
