In Short: CFCC loses a close-fought match against the well-rounded Patrick & Henry Patriots.

Highlights: This matchup was a physical and technically challenging game between two gritty Region 10 teams. Patrick & Henry started off the match with a clean goal and, but the Sea Devils came back from the 1-0 halftime deficit with a goal from Botello. Despite being outshot 7-3 on goal and conceding 11 corner kicks, the Sea Devils stepped up in the second half, narrowly missing out on a potential lead after two brilliant saves from the Patrick & Henry goalkeeper. Eventually, the Patriots put another one into the back of the net against the Sea Devils to make the most of their opportunities against Cape Fear's valiant back line.

Freshman keeper Aydan Scharf was instrumental in keeping the game level, making five crucial saves that kept Patrick & Henry from extending their lead The Sea Devils will now prepare to host Patrick & Henry in a highly anticipated rematch in a few weeks.
