Wilmington, NC - Women's basketball loses to South Georgia Technical College 87-71.
The Sea Devils worked very hard up and down the court, but they simply couldn't get a grasp on South Georgia's impressive offense. We saw standout performances from Akyia King and NiAmoni Bagley who both contributed in tonight's game.
Coach Lori Drake says "We played tough tonight vs a very solid South Georgia Tech team. I was proud of how our kids responded after the loss to CVCC on Saturday".
They are now 6-5 on the season and 6-4 on the season and 6-2 in conference play.
Their next game is scheduled for Tuesday, December 17th as they take on East Georgia Technical College. Tip-off is set for 3:00 p.m.
