In Short: With another win against the Wake Tech Eagles under their belt, the Women's Soccer team finishes the 2021 regular season with a clean slate.

Highlights: After their last close-fought battle against the Wake Tech Eagles in Raleigh, the Sea Devils returned to their home pitch to compete for another win to end regular season play. The team's overall cohesion and communication has improved match-by-match and was demonstrated across every line on the pitch. The back line, led by Alex Dompier (Soph.) and Lindley Schutte (Fr.), were able to execute sound defensive maneuvers to shut down some of Wake Tech's dangerous players, while defensive midfielder Keilah Panz (Soph.) assisted with defensive transition and was able to shut down the Eagles' best performers. Meanwhile, on the forward line, the Sea Devils' movement and patience proved to be worth the effort as Hannah Miller (Fr.) and Kristarae Poell (Soph.) put the ball in the net to finish off the Eagles.

"[I'm] proud of the last one we scored," remarked Head Coach Dave Martin. "The forwards provided enough creativity to tack on a brilliant 3rd goal...we've been working on that movement up top all season."
