Wilmington, NC - Cape Fear women's basketball ended 2018 with an 81-61 win over Louisburg College.
A'Terria Quick led the Sea Devils with 19 points, while Ny Langley scored 17.
Cape Fear took the lead early and never let the opposing team make a run.
"Our ladies played a complete game tonight," said head coach Lori Drake. "Putting the Christmas break aside to win is what our ladies did. I couldn't be more proud of them tonight."
The Sea Devils improve to 9-2 on the season and 7-1 in conference play. Additionally, they complete the month of December with four wins and zero losses or ties. Their next game is scheduled for Friday, January 4th, where they will travel to Guilford Tech. Game time is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
