During the second half of play the Sea Devils increased the intensity hungry to get a result.  With twenty minutes left in regulation, Robert Sandidge scored his second goal of the match with a perfect pass from Derek Yates.  Regulation time ended at 2-2 leading to the game having to be decided in overtime.
