The Sea Devils wasted no time asserting themselves. In just the 2nd minute, a corner taken by Avery Reichert was neatly laid off by Kylie Cozart to Brynli Baker - setting the tone for the relentless attack that followed. Another breakthrough came in the 13th minute when Teagan Rosales skillfully brought down another corner, passing it to Johanna Morales, who coolly slotted it into the net to open the scoring.
Hardley a minute later, Lillian Schmitt delivered a perfect cross to Brynli, who volleyed it off the bounce, leaving the Hurricanes' keeper with no time to make the save. The momentum continued in the 23rd minute when Brynli played a precise ball to Kylie Cozart, who placed a stunning shot with her opposite foot into the upper 90 from the edge of the box.
After the halftime break, the Sea Devils picked up right where they left off. In the 51st minute, Teagan found the bottom corner to finish with another goal, assisted by a well-timed pass from Brynli Baker. The pressure didn't let up as Brynli finished a one-on-one situation after a perfect through ball from Rocky Wixson.
The 70th minute saw Jo strike again, this time with a deft toe poke past the keeper after an assist from Hannah Milbourn. The final goal of the match came just two minutes later when Rocky earned another goal to finish off the evening.
