Cape Fear Crushes Virginia Prep Sports Academy

Petersburg, VA - Cape Fear men's basketball won its second game in a row, defeating Virginia Prep Sports Academy 126-46.

Trae Bryant finished with 15 points, while Alonzo Tyson and Ta-Hei Jeter each finished with 14. Eight Sea Devils scored in double figures. J.C. Calloway lead Virginia Prep with 18.

Head Coach Ryan Mantlo was pleased with the way his team shared the ball. "We are really sharing the ball well and getting everyone involved. It's fun to watch us play when we do that."

Since losing to Georgia Highlands on Saturday, the Sea Devils have won two straight by scores of 52 and 80, respectively.

The Sea Devils improve to 4-1 on the season with the win. Their next game is Saturday, November 19th, where they will take on Richard Bland College on the road at 2:00 p.m.
