In Short: The Sea Devils conclude their third conference matchup with a 3-set sweep to top the Lenoir CC Lancers and maintain their winning streak.
Highlights: The Sea Devils started off the match with great energy and focus to establish a solid win in the 1st set. Despite their overall offensive inconsistency and high error that developed throughout, the Sea Devils were able to lock in defensively and persevere through a competitive 2nd set. Although the Lancers put in a solid effort to keep things close in the 2nd set, the Sea Devils stayed composed in the face of their offensive divergence and cliched the 3rd set quickly to end the match. Overall, the Sea Devils ended the night on a high note with freshman Kara Walker racking up 15 kills alongside Naomi Pegues (Soph.) who effectively spread the wealth amongst her team with 20 assists accompanied by 4 aces throughout the evening.
