In Short: The Sea Devils have regained their rhythm with a 3-0 win once again over a conference opponent.
Highlights: After experiencing their first loss of the regular season last weekend, CFCC was able to clinch another clear win this Tuesday night over Fayetteville Tech CC. The Trojans fought hard to keep up with the tempo of the newly-invigorated Sea Devils offense, especially in the 2nd Set of the match, but ultimately fell short in the swift 3-Set game. The Sea Devils were able to maintain focus and correct some of the errors that were made in the previous match over the weekend. By keeping composed defensively and landing kills when needed, they finished the match strong against the Trojan's many efforts to recover.
Freshman Kara Walker and Grace Pulido dominated defensively with a combined 24 digs between the two of them, while OH Madie Ballou (Fr.) assisted across the board with 6 kills and 3 blocks.
