Bolivia, NC - Cape Fear ran their win streak to five with a straight set sweep in back-to-back games on Sunday.
Brittani Jefferson had two great all-around performances with 16 kills, five aces and three digs, while Megan Thomas collected 20 assists along with Michelle Escue, who set up 12 points for the Sea Devil hitters.
"We had a pair of solid efforts, but are still continuing to grow as a team, said CFCC Coach Emily Coleman. We hit .267 as a team and came out on top after a long week."
After five games in six days, the Sea Devils (5-0) head into a full week of practice with another full schedule coming up this weekend in Hickory beginning on Friday, Sept. 5.
