Wilmington, NC - Cape Fear women's basketball defeated Guilford Tech Community College, 94-76.
Freshman center Andreal Bass scored a season high 34 points, while freshman guard Dynasty Heyward added 13. Sophomores De'najah Porter and Madison Ervin, along with freshman Tracey Kemp, each scored 10 points.
"Our ladies really brought it today and it is just what we needed after having a week off," said head coach Lori Drake. "We prepared very well all week, and I couldn't be more proud of how well our ladies came to compete."
Cape Fear improves to 7-1 overall and 5-0 in conference. They play next on December 9th, where they will take on Bryant & Stratton College at home at 1:00 p.m.
