Wilmington, NC - Cape Fear women's basketball defeated Fayetteville Tech, 108-57, on Saturday for their 8th win in a row.
"It is the perfect time of year to find consistency as a team," said head coach Lori Drake. "I couldn't be more proud of how our ladies brought both offensive and defensive effort today."
Points came from many Sea Devils. Dynasty Heyward led the team with 18 points, while Tracey Kemp scored 16. Meanwhile, Andreal Bass and De'najah Porter each scored 12 points.
Cape Fear improves to 17-5 overall and 15-1 in conference play. They remain in 1st place in Region 10.
From here, the Sea Devils will hit the road to take on Lenoir Community College on Wednesday, February 7th. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
